Jack Sekhon P. Eng is an educator/trainer, assessor/auditor, and business improvement/management system consultant, project/supplier/contractor management specialist and compliance evaluation professional focused on helping all size businesses expand their market share, boost profit margins, reduce preventable environmental and OHS incidents, reduce WCB premiums, and foster overall sustainable development through proven business improvement models and concepts/tools.

Jack Sekhon is a Registered Professional Engineer P. Eng in the Province of B.C. In addition, Jack is a Fellow of Engineers Canada. Furthermore, he holds an interprovincial First Class Power Engineers certificate. His qualifications also include passing a National Board of Boiler Inspectors examination. Jack is a certified RABQSA QMS/EMS/OHSMS Lead Auditor. Jack is extremely knowledgeable in Federal and British Columbia/Alberta environmental and occupational health and safety statues and regulations. He is certified HACCP professional. 

Jack employs process approach combined with risk-based thinking for all aspects of management systems. He is always performance evaluation based professional who improves the bottom line of organizations through setting and achieving appropriate, and value adding metrics.

Jack Sekhon has acquired ASQ training for Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. Jack has been indirectly/informally applying general lean initiatives for years but currently is executing the formal Lean Six Sigma tools and concepts with clients.

Established approximately 20 years ago, Jack Sekhon and Associates Inc has made a positive difference to businesses in Greater Vancouver, the Province of B.C, western Canada, northwestern U.S.A and internationally in Russia and the Ukraine.

Jack has brought numerous organizations to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 22000, HACCP, ISO 22031 and IMSs registration with a stunning value-added, practical, no-nonsense approach and without any nonconformance during registration audits. Moreover, Jack has assisted large number of organizations reengineer or majorly tweak their already registered managements to achieve enhanced value, practicality, user-friendliness, effectiveness and efficiency.

Jack Sekhon has trained numerous organizations through Jack Sekhon & Associates Inc in business management concepts, systems, processes and tools. Jack also has offered over 100 management system seminars/courses on behalf of CSA Learning Center and BSI Canada and CQI in Trinidad. In addition, he has designed and instructed courses for BCIT Building Construction (degree level program) and Environmental Engineering departments.

Jack has assessed and audited various businesses using ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and specific industry standards and has been instrumental in triggering business process streamlining, customer satisfaction excellence, product/service quality improvements, cost reduction, stellar environmental performance and marked improvements in occupational health and safety.

As a Management System Advisor for Transcanada Pipelines, Jack was responsible for overseeing pipeline/ compressor station design and construction projects (worth $1.2 billion) quality, environmental and OHS aspects to assure contractor optimum performance and sound, timely, and effective project management.

Jack Sekhon`s diversified and hands-on experience for Westcoast Energy, one of the largest processor and distributor of natural gas in North America included project/process/plant engineering positions, operations supervisor assignment, environmental/operations superintendent, quality manager, inspection supervisor, and health and safety undertaking.

Jack has been involved in APEGBC Environmental Committee, APEGBC Sustainability Committee, APEGBC Applications Review Committee, ASQ, CSSE, and others. Jack is also member of SCC-TC/MC/176 SC-1, SC-2 and SCC-TC 314.
