Professional Engineer & Founder
Jack Sekhon P. Eng is an educator/trainer, assessor/auditor, and business improvement/management system consultant, project/supplier/contractor management specialist and compliance evaluation professional focused on helping all size businesses expand their market share, boost profit margins, reduce preventable environmental and OHS incidents, reduce WCB premiums, and foster overall sustainable development through proven business improvement models and concepts/tools.
Jack Sekhon is a Registered Professional Engineer P. Eng in the Province of B.C. In addition, Jack is a Fellow of Engineers Canada. Furthermore, he holds an inter provincial First Class Power Engineers certificate. His qualifications also include passing a National Board of Boiler Inspectors examination. Jack is a certified RABQSA QMS/EMS/OHSMS Lead Auditor.
Jack is extremely knowledgeable in Federal and British Columbia/Alberta environmental and occupational health and safety statues and regulations. He is certified HACCP professional.
Andre Bunting
Technical & Web Support Lead
Andre Bunting serves as the Technical and Web Support Lead at Jack Sekhon & Associates, Inc., where he ensures the seamless performance, security, and functionality of the company’s digital infrastructure. With a strong foundation in web technologies and systems administration, Andre plays a key role in maintaining and optimizing Jack Sekhon & Associates’ online platforms, internal tools, and client-facing digital assets.
In addition to overseeing the company’s website and providing technical support across departments, Andre also manages the organization’s Learning Management System, ensuring a smooth user experience for both instructors and learners. From troubleshooting access issues and managing content uploads to customizing the LMS for specific training programs, he ensures that learning remains accessible, organized, and engaging.
Known for a proactive and solutions-focused approach, Andre works behind the scenes to monitor system performance, implement updates, resolve technical issues, and support the company’s commitment to a reliable and professional digital experience.

Search Engine Coordinator
Simranpal Singh is the Search Engine Coordinator at Jack Sekhon & Associates, Inc., where he plays a critical role in optimizing the company’s digital presence through strategic, data-driven SEO practices. With a strong understanding of search engine algorithms, keyword trends, and user behavior, Simranpal helps improve organic visibility, increase website traffic, and support lead generation goals.

Business & Compliance Coordinator
Chiqui Amancio serves as JSA Inc.’s Business & Compliance Coordinator, supporting the organization’s growth through analytical, operational, and compliance-focused leadership. She contributes to the development and refinement of business modules, enhances course design efficiency, and strengthens management system consulting frameworks. Chiqui oversees key administrative and records‑management functions to ensure clear, practical documentation across the company. She supports ISO certification processes, compliance audits, website course write‑ups, and AI‑driven research to enhance customer perception. Working closely with JSA Inc.’s leadership and the Center for Sustainability and Resilience, she provides insights that advance strategic planning, governance, and long‑term organizational resilience.
