QMS INTERNAL EVALUATION

1. Process and risk based Internal audit including product and process audits.
2. Value adding management review based on analyzed data and ISO 9001 Standard requirements.
3. Follow-ups on internal audit and management review gaps.

QMS EXTERNAL EVALUATION

1. Stage 1 external audit.
2. Follow up on stage 1 gaps.
