PLANNING STAGE: 

• Availability of ISO 9001:2015 Standard requirements and Methanex GIMS/Responsible Care
  Standards.
• Availability of existing QMS Manual and other OHS/Environmental aspects documents.

QMS DEVELOPMENT:

• Development of Process Lists through identification of functional processes based on process
  approach and Methanex GIMS 22 Elements.
• Identification/revision of OHS hazards for functional processes using a pre-defined methodology.
• Identification/revision of environmental aspects for functional processes using a pre-defined
  methodology and finalizing significant environmental aspects.
• Identification of applicable OHS compliance obligations to form Legal OHS Register.
• Identification of applicable environmental compliance obligations to form Legal Environmental
  Register.
• Conducting Risk Assessments for establishing OHSMS Risk Register.
• Prioritizing assessed risks to develop a focus.
• Mapping out high-risk processes to be consistent with Methanex GIMS Standard.
• Revise Quality Manual with consideration to Methanex GIMS Standard and Responsible Care.
• Develop/revise System procedures based on risk assessment.
• Develop business goals, quality/EHS objectives.
• Develop KPIs or metrics for performance evaluation.

QMS IMPLEMENTATION:

• Training on their QMS.
• Implement QMS.
• Assistance during implementation.

QMS INTERNAL EVALUATION:

• Conduct process and risk based Internal audit.
• Conduct compliance audit against OHSMS and environmental compliance obligations.
• Issue compliance and internal audit reports
